Apply for a summer internship at Favorte
The application for Favorte's real estate development internship is now open and engineering students are expected to submit their CV-s by the end of March. One bright student will be selected to challenge themselves this summer as part of a paid mentorship program. In cooperation with Favorte’s experienced colleagues, the trainee will dive right into the heart of ongoing development projects and contribute to their implementation.
According to Rainer Hinno, member of Favorte's management board, the company's first internship summer was very successful. "More than 40 outstanding engineering students applied for the internship last year, showing a surprisingly great interest in what we do. As last summer's intern Aleks has become a valuable member of our team, we have decided to continue the tradition and open our doors to students again this year," said the head of Favorte.
According to Aleks Kolpakov, who spent his last summer as an intern at Favorte, he was greeted by a helpful team and challenging tasks. "The work environment at Favorte is very supporting: colleagues trust and help newcomers in carrying out various tasks. The team's ideas are also incorporated into the process of developing and testing out new solutions. People often bring cake to the office to celebrate the team’s achievements, and no one ever says no to that," said Aleks, who continued working at Favorte in the autumn as an assistant project manager.
However, Aleks is not the only young talent working in the team. Kreete-Karoline Pleiats, who was awarded Favorte’s engineering scholarship last autumn, is also taking the next step in her career as an assistant project manager. "Thanks to a very flexible working schedule and the possibility to work from home, I was able to join Favorte even before the end of my master’s studies," said Kreete.
"As a motivating surprise, working at Favorte comes with a generous benefits package, such as supplementary health insurance, sports allowance, joint team events and sports activities. The job itself is very diverse: in a short period of time, I've been involved in all the phases of constructing new buildings. There's a lot of communicating with different partners, going to the site and meetings – just the way I like it," she added.
Acceptance of internship applications has already started and will be open until 31 March. All tech-savvy engineering students who are true fans of their field and ready for fast professional development are welcome to apply.
